We have been involved in the mobile home and property business in Spain since 2004.

Back then the mobile home industry was more or less uncontrolled and anyone could rent a field and start to accept mobile homes without a license in place. This led to a lot of confusion and some unscrupulous individuals!

Thankfully since then the law has changed for the better and it’s not possible to simply set up a site. The license laws are complex and drawn out and many would be developers fall at the first hurdle.
